Job Title: Senior Façade Consultant

Location: London, UK

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + benefits package

Start Date: January 2020

Jackson Global are working closely with a leading Engineering Consultancy who have a small but growing team in London. The business was established in 2006 internationally, they opened an office in London due to the demand from clients who are based in the region. The business has a multi-disciplinary offering and is looking to develop the facade unit locally in London. Their core services include Sustainability, MEP, Energy Performance and Structural Engineering. Their business plan focuses around offering their clients a wide range of services to utilise on a single or multiple projects. They have projects across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe too, the business prides itself on their cross-office teamwork and being able to successfully deliver projects in all corners of the world.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 year’s experience in Façade Consultancy and/or Façade Engineering.  

Responsibilities:

• Façade Design & Engineering
• Managing multiple projects (based on size)
• Meeting clients in London
• Winning new work and gaining repeat business
• Reviewing designs and engineering reports developed in other offices
• Working closely with the head of the London office to deliver projects on time
• Attending industry events locally
• Reading and reviewing engineering reports for existing buildings
• Writing reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience
• Worked as a Façade Consultant and/or Façade Engineer
• Worked in the London market
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Educated to degree level in a relevant engineering field

Desirable: 

• Educated to Masters’ degree level in a relevant engineering field
• Masters’ degree in Façade Engineering
