Jackson Global are working closely together with a Glass & Glazing Contractor who are based in Maryland and have worked to become one of the most recognized contractors in the area.  The business are looking for a Glazing Project Manager to join the team and lead projects across the state with follows up to $25mil. The business has an incredibly good reputation in the area, and desire a Project Manager who are focussed on delivering quality work, whilst meeting financial requirements. The business specialises in the Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Installation of large scale Commercial Glass & Glazing Projects.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have 5+ years’ experience in the Glazing/Façade industry and will have managed at least one high value project.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Project at all stages through to completion
• Review job specifications
• Visiting job sites & attending pre-construction meetings
• Reviewing contracts
• Maintaining the schedule and submittals
• Communicating with contractors
• Ordering materials
• Managing change orders
• Quality control

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience
• Worked as a Project Manager from design to close out
• Able to relocate to Maryland
• Have the right to work in the US (Citizen/Green Card/Valid Visa)
• Glass & Glazing specific experience  

Desirable: 

• Educated to degree level in a relevant engineering or construction management field
• Experience working in Maryland
