Job Title: Façade/Glazing Estimator

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + full benefits & relocation package

Start Date: December 2019

Jackson Global are working closely with a leading Façade and Glazing Contractor who are based on the West Coast. The business specialise in Curtain Wall and Window Walls projects and their project values range from $1million - $15million. The position has become available to an increased workload in the Western region of the US. The Estimator will travel between job sites in Utah from time to time and will spend most of their time in the Salt Lake City office. Having façade industry experience is critical given the nature of the material involved. The business has an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget. The business prides itself on the amount of repeat business they generate, most of which stems from a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience as an estimator in the Façade and Glazing industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Identifying labour and material from specifications
• Taking and following up on purchase orders
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Forecasting costs for upcoming projects
• Collaborate with design and engineering departments
• Analysis of vendor pricing
• Coordinate with logistics department

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience
• Worked as an estimator in the Façade/Glazing industry
• Have the right to work in the US
• Able to relocate to Salt Lake City

Desirable: 

• Worked in the state of Utah before OR currently working there
