Jackson Global are working closely with Glass and Glazing Contractor headquartered in Texas, but with offices throughout the US. The business specialise in the Curtain Wall sector, and are leading designers, engineers, manufacturers & installers of both unitized and stick systems. With a broad project portfolio spanning the commercial markets from Healthcare, Education, Government and may more they are looking to grow their estimating department in the Texas market. The Estimator will work mainly on Texas projects but may collaborate with other offices across the country on larger scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience as an estimator in the Façade and Glazing industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Identifying labour and material from specifications
• Taking and following up on purchase orders
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Forecasting costs for upcoming projects
• Collaborate with design, engineering & fabrication departments
• Analysis of vendor pricing
• Coordinate with logistics department

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience
• Worked as an estimator in the curtain wall sector
• Specific unitized curtain wall experience 

Desirable: 

• Experience in the Texas façade market will be considered desirable but not essential
