Jackson Global are working closely with a Glass and Glazing Contractor Based in Florida. The business is still family run and are capable of design, engineering, manufacturing & install of façade systems across the South East. With a broad project portfolio spanning the commercial markets in Florida, Georgia & South Carolina they are looking to expand their estimating team to cover these regions. Being family run, they are focussed on the employees within the business and are focussed on rewarding based on hard work & results rather than years worked, which offers a great platform for personal & professional growth.  

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience as an estimator in the Façade and Glazing industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Review of Architectural drawings & specifications
• Producing Labour, Material & Equipment costs
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Forecasting costs for upcoming projects
• Collaborate with design, engineering & fabrication departments
• Building relationships with vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience
• Worked as an estimator in the Glazing industry
• Ability to live and work in Florida

Desirable: 

• Experience in the Florida Glass & Glazing market will be considered desirable but not essential
